The Inn at Weathersfield is a boutique farm-to-table inn, restaurant and wedding venue set on 21 acres deep in the woods near Woodstock and Okemo Mountain Resort. Built in 1792, it is known as a “hidden culinary gem.”
Tucked inside, The Hidden Kitchen restaurant is open to the public and offers a full bar and working wine cellar with a chef’s table that seats 12. Open five nights a week almost year-round, they make everything from the butter to the desserts. They break down whole and partial animals and buy only the finest fish right from the docks in New England. There is a large heirloom vegetable garden that supplements what they don’t get from the local farms. A full breakfast is served to inn guests. Out in the old barn loft, The Hidden Kitchen classroom offers hands-on cooking classes year-round. And down in the woods, you’ll find a pond and even a hidden outdoor chapel that seats over 100 guests.
