Tuesday, November 19th

11am   Conference Kickoff: “AI Tools for Hospitality: Elevate Your Guest Experience & Streamline Operations”

Join us for an update with Commissioner Heather Pelham on the State of Tourism in Vermont, as well as an opportunity for feedback on Vermont’s five-year strategic destination management plan for the tourism industry. We’re making sure the lodging perspective is heard loud and clear as the State charts its future efforts to bring people to Vermont. This interactive session with Heather and her team will give you a chance to ask questions and provide feedback.

An opportunity for VLA members to openly discuss current issues and direct our Legislative Priorities and Agenda for the upcoming year.
4-4:45pm   Partnership Panel: “Strengthening the Guest Experience”
Hear from a select number of our statewide partners as we discuss the growth of their organizations and how together we can continue to explore new opportunities to strengthen the guest experience in Vermont. With Nick Bennette, Executive Director of VT Mountain Bike Association; Emma Arian, Executive Director of the Vermont Brewers Association; Andi Wandt of the VT Cheese Council; and Jackie Dagger, Program Manager for VOREC.

Conference Fee for one representative $75. (All day-educational, networking sessions Tuesday, 11/19, includes lunch.) Non-VLA member Conference Fee $100.

VLA cancellation/refund policy: If you cancel less than 15 days before the event, due to our contract with Trapp Family Lodge, we cannot refund your payment and gratefully accept your donation to VLA.

LODGING at Trapp Family Lodge
We are delighted to be able to offer attendees, presenters, and sponsors a discounted lodging rate at Trapp Family Lodge of $219 per night (inclusive) should you decide to spend Monday and/or Tuesday night at Trapp.

You’ll need to reserve your room BEFORE Nov. 1 by calling 800-826-7000 x1 and identifying yourself as a VLA member, sponsor, or presenter in order to receive the special VLA rate.
